Glory Days

You will never guess the song that I heard on the radio this morning, well more specifically Classic Rewind on Sirius XM. The more we realize that our “Glory Days” are today the happier we will be. They are also not some far off date in the future when you retire or the kids go to university either. Your “Glory Days” are now, the present moment so please make the most of them.

Today I am thankful for my daughter and her friends “Camping” in the backyard last night, great friends and a night away booked and a kick ass power zone workout this morning.
