None of us would be here if it were not for the women in our lives. While most big businesses and governments are still ruled by men, women are making obvious advances. I read this morning that the Finnish government is now run by a consortium of 4 women in their 30’s and more than half their government are women. In Canada our minister of Defence for the 1st time ever is a woman ( Honorable Anita Anand), our Deputy Prime Minister is the hugely talented Chrystia Freehand and our Foreign Affairs Minster is the amazing Mélanie Joly. Actually half of our Minister’s are women.

All this makes me believe that my daughters can be anything that they want. Once actually plans to study medicine to become a doctor and her twin sister wants to be an engineer. Both careers … Read more
