Get up early and be proactive and plan you day. Know your targets and work towards them. Putting fires out all day and reacting to everything around you is not how to do it. Nothing great has ever been achieved by those who sleep till noon every day. Getting up at 5am and in bed by 9pm is not that difficult when you prioritize what is actually important.
Stand up and move your body. Exercise really is good for the soul. I’ve discovered no better mood booster than a quick intense workout. Also stand up for your self. Don’t let others push you around, yet don’t be a bully yourself. Also stand up for the rights and freedoms of those around you.
