If you were waking up this morning a little bit dazed and confused then it’s most likely due to the time change last night. With everything else going on in the world it wasn’t something that i paid a lot of attention to leading up to this weekend.
Here are a few tips to help you get over the time change blues.
1. Go for a run, walk or just do some sort of exercise today.
2. Drink lots of water
3. Cut back on the caffeine after lunch
4. Start your pre bedtime routine an hour earlier
5. Just try to relax watch some golf and remember that it’s Sunday
