Back to School

Well today is the day, summer vacation has officially ended and the kids are finely back to school. Today also marks the day when most people are back to work after taking time off over the summer. What this also means is that people will get back to their regular routines. The quiet real estate market of the dog days of summer will probably heat up again as everyone is back at it.

While inventories were tight all summer, demand took a breather in some segments of the market. I expect this all to change as more buyers are coming back. Today I am thankful for a wonderful summer with the kids, the Nova Scotia weather that mostly cooperated and that they got out of the door without any issues today.
